Get a free card, receive bonus value, and manage it online.
There is no charge for the WashCard itself—you pay only for the prepaid value you load. Use the customer portal to purchase, activate, and manage WashCards, and to protect the remaining value if a registered card is lost.
METROSHINE is not responsible for lost cards. If an unregistered card is lost, the money remaining on it is lost. A registered card can be deactivated and reissued.

Download the app, pay for services, and earn stars.
Scan the QR code on the UWash signage at a METROSHINE location to download the customer app. Use it with supported automatic washes, self-serve bays, vacuums, and connected equipment. Spend $12 through UWash at any location to earn six minutes of free vacuum time, redeemable within four hours of the qualifying purchase.
Look for UWash signs onsite. Scan the posted QR code to download the correct customer app.

The company creates an account and adds employees. Each employee downloads UWash and purchases washes through the app.

No. They are two completely separate ways to pay. WashCard uses physical prepaid cards or an approved monthly business charge account. UWash is a mobile app with individual rewards and employee-management tools.

Individuals, businesses, and fleets may use either WashCard or UWash. The features and benefits are different, so review both programs before choosing.
03What happens if my WashCard is lost?+
A card registered through the WashCard online portal can be deactivated and reissued. METROSHINE is not responsible for lost cards. If a card was not registered before it was lost, its remaining value is lost.
04Is there a charge for the WashCard itself?+
No. WashCards are free for both individual customers and fleet accounts. With a prepaid WashCard, you pay only for the value loaded onto the card and receive 15% bonus value.
05What are the two WashCard fleet options?+
Businesses may use prepaid cards with 15% bonus value and online management tools. With approved credit, a business may instead open a monthly charge account and receive an invoice showing detailed usage.
06Does UWash provide a fleet discount?+
No. UWash fleet accounts do not receive a fleet discount and do not earn stars or free-wash rewards. They provide tools to add employees, limit usage, manage activity, and print reports.
07How do UWash stars work?+
Earn one star for an automatic wash or for spending $12 or more in a self-serve bay. After earning 10 stars, redeem them for a free automatic wash of your choice or self-serve wash time.
